    Title: Updates i e yo!

    Ah haha.. I'm not updated for so long.. happen to be in the mood today, so let's go! Time flies~

    1) Ok let's get the work part out of the way LOL.. in weird ideas #65325 from my organisation... they decided that next year onwards, they will collect fees monthly or whatever at the centres. Well, who thought that is a good idea, should probably go and help M.Night Shamalam direct his movies! U will create unhappiness, conflict, u will open Pandora's box, and u will unleash the gates of hell on the ground. Haiz.. I get the reasons why they do this, but is this really the best way?

    2) Hilarity ensues again as in addition to my numerous Jaemi-isseoyo (very interesting,fun) "portfolios" at work.. I also recently became a paramedic! Haha.. honestly it was quite fun as I got to do a little role play during the last fire drill =p !! Cool stuff as I was literally screaming my ass off to simulate some touching scene where someone is dying and everyone is trying to save him LOL.. good times..

    3) I was for the first time ever, a brother at SM wedding! It was a long..... but very happy day! We woke up so early.. looking weird in office wear in the wee hours while others are sleeping.. and then we just spend the morning being tekan! AND, I ATE TWO CHILLI PADIS HAHAHA!!! Apparently that was a very cool thing to do (It is, given I don't eat chilli padi at all) as everyone kept talking about it=p Anyway, the food was cool, the tea ceremony was cool, I had time to go sleep at home, and off to the dinner itself, WITH THE HIP HOP DANCE !!!!! Of cos, I have no videos, I do know where to find it, but I don't recommend it be seen... quite chui.. =p

    4) I was rather worried recently over the fact that I had tooth problems. I don't know whether it was long term wear and tear, or just plain decay, but my front tooth which coincidentally has a chip (cos of a dumb captain ball game 4 yrs ago -_-) has been troubling me for a month! In addition, pain here and there in other teeth as well! Maybe u can't understand what I mean, but let's just say that, as a young person, when your health is ok, to you, it will always be ok. But when signs of AGING start to show, there is a certain level of grief, shock and maybe depression involved. Because, simply, that you cannot imagine that it will happen to u, and so soon.


    5) Thankfully I bucked up my toothbrushing by going on a buying spree of brand new tooth brushing tools, and I also went to visit the dear old dentist finally! According to him, its a gum issue, but the teeth themselves are fine.. THAT IS A BIG RELIEF I can tell u, and at least now, I don't feel so much pain and sensitivity in the teeth area! Of cos must still maintain my vigilance in tooth maintainance!


    6) I am finally gonna get my otakaki gohonzon, and I guess that's a big step in my buddhahood quest.. hehe... you can probably see I am not very excited =p. Well, the members in my district, you know, act like I am some Xiu Cai from the olden times who is representing his village in the imperial exam or something man aka I'm like one of the select few from this community to get a prestigious honour. Well, to me, its a big step, but its more of a natural thing.. what's so exciting? Faith to me, is from the heart. U can give me the gohonzon 30 years later or 3 days later, to me, I am still gonna go about my human revolution man.. =p


    7) Speaking of weddings, to backtrack a bit.. after SM, there will be 3 more all quite near in dates, making it 4 weddings this year. 3 of the people, incidentally, are my age. Hehe.. I guess u can say this is the police sirens telling me that I should have plans to settle down. LOL. That, is easy enough. There is only 1 small problem: finding the partner LOL. Well to me, its just fate.. just things cannot be rushed. I also don't wanna go around chasing every girl I meet, and I sure won't bug all my friends (just bug a few =p) to intro ppl (to me, if they WU XIM they will intro, u ask but ppl don't want, then u will just get empty promises cos they will say ok to pacify u but they won't do anything.. and in the end, it will cause disappointment and resentment u know?) Anyway, in conclusion, happy wedding to the new couples!


    8) I went on a Kelong trip with my office buds! Haha.. it was definitely a good trip and the 2 days was spent very well.. to summarize, I learnt to play Mahjong, I got drunk and high, I took lots of X-rated photos, I bought new slippers, I got to know my colleagues better, I learnt a lot about supermarket shopping from Darelle, we celebrated her birthday, we played with some firecrackers, and lots of other cool stuff. Oh yes of cos, I got rejected by Lydia. =p


    9) I finally, FINALLY, went to a singing competition for the first time ever in eight years!! Woo! Haha.. back in 2002, man, I sang a song so OFF that I embarassed myself so much haha! Anyway, I finally had the chance again, and I thought, actually, that I did stand a little chance as I did have some performing exp from office and Jalankai, and also, IMO, I thought I can be a good rendition of Yong Qi, which is definitely diff from Fish Leong or Michael Wong. =p

    10) Well, it was different definitely, BUT.. and there is always a BUT in life, I think it wasn't what the judges were looking for LOL.. well good exp though! And altho I failed, I think from the few sentences they said, I do have a better understanding of singing.. it really is as challenging as u can imagine. Well, try again next time!

    11) I went back 1 day with my bro and dad, some happy Low family bonding, to my old house! Haha.. we needed to set up a bed for the new tenants and it was quite cool seeing some classic stuff like the neighbours homes and the old mailbox and stuff like that. I do have a little thought that it would be really cool to live here next time with my own family, like when I am waiting for $ to buy a flat lol. Raising a family in the same home u grew up in, man that is awesome!
